Simple email forwarding passes incoming messages to an existing inbox. Forwarding alone does not create an Outlook mailbox or set up sending from your business address. We will choose the setup that matches what you actually need.
For the Outlook service described here, your proposal identifies the Microsoft subscription, number of users, setup work, and any ongoing support. No software subscription is automatically included with a website project.

Can I have an address like info@mybusiness.com?
Yes, provided you own or control the domain. We can set up business addresses using that domain and determine whether each address needs a user mailbox, shared mailbox, or alias.
Will I get my own Outlook mailbox?
The service can include a Microsoft 365 business mailbox that you access through Outlook, with sending and receiving under your own domain. The required Microsoft license and setup are specified in your proposal.
Does every Microsoft plan include desktop Outlook?
No. Desktop applications depend on the Microsoft plan you choose. We check your needs and licensing before setup. Outlook web and mobile access are available with suitable business email plans.
Can you use the domain my website already has?
Yes. The website and email can use the same domain while using different hosting providers. I review your existing records so the email setup preserves the website’s connection.
Can you move my existing business email?
We can review a migration as part of the project. The available transfer options depend on your current provider, accounts, and data. The proposal defines what will move and how the changeover will be handled.
Is business email automatically included with a website?
Email is a service we can include in your custom proposal. Setup, Microsoft subscriptions, domain registration or renewal, migration, and ongoing support are identified so you know which costs and responsibilities apply.
Do I keep control of my domain and email account?
Yes. Your business retains control of its domain and Microsoft account. Any administrative access and ongoing support responsibilities are agreed as part of the setup.
